Maintenance Services

Comfort Club
Keeping your system maintained can lower energy bills, prevent system breakdowns and improve the life of the system. As the weather changes, it’s important to make sure your cooling system is ready to run efficiently and safely. We offer maintenance plans to help keep you comfortable throughout the year. Automatic schedule reminders are sent out two weeks prior to an expected appointment for a no hassle reminder.

Annual Comfort Plan Includes

Two precision maintenance tune ups per year: Spring and Fall
10% off repairs
No after hours fees
Priority scheduling on service
Easy, no hassle payment plans and reminders
Fall & Spring Maintenance
Check defrost cycles, drain lines, clean condenser and clean evaporator coils, all electrical connections and components, refrigeration levels, thermostat, safety switches, fan motors, ductwork and overall heating and AC operations.
Comfort Club Membership Pricing
1 system: $240 per year, $20 per month
2 systems: $480 per year, $40 per month
3 systems: $720 per year, $60 per month
4 systems: $960 per year, $80 per month 

*$50 for reach remote device such as humidifier, dehumidifier, indoor air quality device

*additional $10 for each indoor air quality device attached to indoor system
