History and Qualifications
Horns Heating and Cooling is family owned and operated.. Kris is a Williamsburg native. After graduating Lafayette High School and New Horizons HVAC Program, he went to Universal Technical Institute where he earned his degree and certifications in HVAC-R. He has been working in the HVAC field ever since. Shanna graduated from Christopher Newport University where she met Kris and as they say, the rest is history. After CNU, Shanna earned her Masters in Psychology. Kris and Shanna live in Williamsburg where their children attend school. Together, Kris and Shanna own and operate Horns Heating and Cooling. Kris is the overseer of everything in the field and Shanna heads up the office. Horns Heating and Cooling is licensed, insured, and bonded.

As an active participant within the community, not only do we support local businesses through charity events but we also volunteer and give back to the local schools and food banks. Additionally, Kris and Shanna’s children have all been born and raised within this community, they play sports within Williamsburg and are active in community events.
